It List: Surface to Air ‘Maple’ Coat
I really wanted a shearling coat to survive what is supposed to be yet another brutal Toronto winter, but the price points are just as unfriendly as -20˚ (for example, this drool-worthy Joseph coat on Net-a-Porter). Upon seeing it, I mistook this Surface to Air coat for shearling, but it’s actually really thick (like 1/2 inch thick!) textured wool. It is warm. Of course, being the lover of structured, oversized shapes, the teddy bear look is right up my alley.
Warning: It’s so fluffy, strangers might randomly touch you and say “Oooh, cool coat.”
$455 at Surface to Air. (In Vancouver at The Block.)
