I love when style comes with a little sense of humour. Apparently so do Jean and Jane Ford, co-founders of Benefit Cosmetics. How could anyone resist the whimsical and adorable packaging from Benefit? Not me.

dr. feelgood ($28)

Dr. Feelgood may be actual magic. I just love it. It makes my oily skin look so matte that I feel like old Hollywood movie star ala Greta Garbo when I wear it. It’s so velvety and smooth. I often wear it instead of foundation.
benetint ($28)

I’m really pale so I rarely leave the house without blush. Benetint is great for that healthy rosy glow. You can wear it on lips instead of a sheer lipstick.

Velvet Eyeshadow ($18)

Velvety and sheer: this eyeshadow will never make you look overdone (no tranny-chic here).

BADGal mascara ($19)

It’s a big POP! for the eyes. An evening must-have!

“That Gal” Brightening Face Primer ($28)

And finally, I got to try “that gal” yesterday (big thanks to www.thestylespy.com). I applied it this morning I looked so much fresher!

Benefit is available at Sephora and selected Shoppers Drug Marts in Canada.
