It’s just so wonderfully weird, how could I ignore it? Yes, that is a giant gorilla cuff. I spotted PRIM on style.com and it was instant primal (pun intended!) connection. This divine weirdness is courtesy of Michelle Elie, a former model turned chef turned jewellery designer. If the pieces look impeccably sculptural it’s because Elie teamed up with her husband, the talented sculptor, Tobias Gerber, who has previously collaborated with the likes of Jeff Koons. Bad news? These little wearable sculptures run between $2,500 to $3,000.
