I hope that wherever you are, it’s nice and sunny. The long weekend was lovely here in Vancouver, and I even busted out my sunglasses. But being surrounded by Easter things, I really wished my sunnies were a frothy pastel colour, instead of the ubiquitous black or tortoise shell.
The only problem is that pastels tend to get really cute, sometimes too cute. But these sunglasses by Karen Walker hit that right spot between cute and cool, with their shape and wood grain. The latter reminds me of these amazing Proenza Schouler shoes — it’s got that ’60s modernist Formica furniture look that is just so irresistible to me.
