When I told my husband about this post, he thought I was joking. I assured him I was not: I love turbans. “You’re not going to wear one?” he said. I think I just might. 

Sure, they are not a new thing. Far from it, of course. But every decade or so they seem to pop back on the radar. This season we saw turbans at Armani, Issa, Vena Cava, Jason Wu and Jean Paul Gaultier Couture. 

No reason to head out and buy a gazillion turbans. You can just use your favourite scarf. It should be fairly long and light. Here is a how-to courtesy of thinkthrufashion.com.

Easy! Decorate it with a pretty pin like Issa or leave as it is. I’ve aways loved how Bianca Jagger rocked them all throughout the 70s. Perfection.
