“Now take your American girl hair and poreless skin and get out!” – Blair Waldorf

How amazing was that? I missed
GG so much. Where was NELLY YUKI? You will see a lot of Blair, Chuck, Lilly and (possibly) Serena on this blog. You will not see much of the Humphreys. No one ever cares what the Humphreys are wearing (no Dan, even the Prada wallet is not helping your genericism). Way too many maxi-dresses this week so I’m not going to discuss Jenny’s or the new girl Bree’s (love Joanna Garcia though and I’m glad she is on this show). I am going to give Serena props for her amazing Rag & Bone ‘Justine’ maxi dress. She doesn’t always get it right but this was spot on with her gorgeous hair and skin and BOOBS (always on display, no matter the season).

Sigerson Morrison t-strap sandals

Blair graced us with two amazing outfits this week: a romantic flow-y Walter mint dress (I love mint) and a ridiculously gorgeous Burberry Prorsum Brocade dress. For Blair, it’s always about the accessories. The hats, the headbands, jewelery, bows… oh Blair, I’m determined to find it all!

Michael Perry shoes (From 2008? Has Blair been recycling? Is recession hitting the Waldorfs too?)
Alexis Bittar brooch

And at last, my Chuck. Chuck didn’t disappoint this week pulling off both a double breasted navy suit (very dandy looking) and a baby blue pin-stripped suit for the polo match. He paired the latter with the his signature purple tie. Much like Blair, Chuck is a man of details: pocket square and cufflinks… I wish I could have gotten a better look at his socks and shoes. (I’m sorry boys, but I don’t know whose designs Chuck is wearing yet. I will do my best to find out.)

xoxo, It Girl

P.S. I missed Lilly and her many Herm├Ęs bags.
PPS I always forget about Vanessa… I wonder why?

Update: Chuck’s navy double-breasted suit was Thom Browne.
Update 2: Chuck’s pin-stripe suit is Jos. A. Bank Clothiers.
